25 Belgrave AveSeven single-family homes traded hands in the Cole Valley / Parnassus Heights neighborhood of San Francisco during the month of October.  These sales included two homes on coveted Belgrave Avenue as well as a very unique residence at 1415 Shrader Street.  This home was designed by Ira Kurlander and was built on a 10′ wide lot.  See this link for more photos and details about 1415 Shrader Street.

The average price for the October sales was $1,587,571.  With interest rates dropping to all-time historical lows and limited inventory outpacing buyer demand to live in this popular neighborhood – these home sold very quickly spending an average of only 28 days on the market.
