Single family homes in highly sought after Noe Valley were a hot ticket in September. Last month seven (7) homes traded hands at an average price of $2,058,429 and these homes were on the market for an average of only 22 days before going under contract. That’s pretty quick considering the overall average for “days on the market” in San Francisco for a single family home is currently clocking in at 39 days.
A couple of notes about the September sales: 965 Elizabeth St was sold as a fixer upper on an extra wide lot with expansion potential and 1467 Sanchez St was an all cash sale.
