Overbids on Mission District condos continue

After getting off to a slow start in 2016 with only a small number of properties trading hands during January and February condominium sales in the Mission District started to ramp up during March. Last month 17 condominiums sold in the Inner Mission neighborhood at an average sale price of $1.2 million. Buyers bid up prices on 14 of the 17 sales. The average overbid clocked in at 10%.

The condos that sold during March were on the market for an average of 33 days before going under contract.
