Average Mission District Condo Price Easily Topped $1 Million Last Month

The average price for a condominium in the Mission District easily crossed the $1 million threshold last month. During October thirteen (13) condominium traded hands at an average sale price of $1,191,308. Quick sales were relatively commonplace. The condos that sold last month in the Inner Mission neighborhood were on the market for an average of 31 days before going under contract.

Sales in newer buildings helped push up pricing last month capturing 30% of the transactions (see 2405 Folsom St #4, 2208 Mission St #405, 2889 24th St #6, and 2208 Mission St #406).
