After getting off to a slow start in 2015 with only a small number of properties trading hands in January and February condominium sales in Noe Valley started to pick up during March. Last month 9 condominiums sold at an average sale price of $1.3 million. The upward pressure on pricing shows no signs of letting up as the demand to live in this popular neighborhood easily exceeds the supply of homes for sale. All of the condos that sold during March traded above their respective list price. The average overbid clocked in at 22% last month.
