Another round of expensive condominiums sold in Noe Valley during October. Last month 12 condos traded hands at an average sale price of $1,250,667 (a nice premium compared to the average condo price in SF which currently clocks in at $950,000).
The market remains tight with the number of buyers easily outpacing the number of sellers which was reflected in pricing/bids. All of the condos that sold last month in Noe Valley traded above their respective list price. On average 19% over list.
Buyers acted quickly during October scooping up properties in an average of only 21 days. Details are below.
