Six condominiums sold during September in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. With the limited inventory of condos offered for sale and a large pool potential buyers in the marketplace – prices remained elevated.
The average sale price last month came in at $847,429. The condos that traded hands during September were on the market for an average of 32 days before going under contract. These sales included a mix of one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. Two of six sales were split-level lofts (2130 Harrison St and 633 Hampshire St).
