All of these units sold at or above their respective list price. On average 18% over list price. The average sale price clocked in at an impressive $1,129,857.
Quick transactions were common. The condos that sold last month were on the market for average of only 25 days before going under contract.
The August sales included a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom floor plans.
