Condominium sales in the very popular Eureka Valley / Dolores Heights neighborhood of San Francisco were robust during June. Last month ten condos traded hands at average sale price $1,332,000. Almost all of them sold at or above their respective list price.
The June sales included a mix of two and three bedroom units. Two sales were completed at Icon, a new condo development at 2299 Market Street that features 18 units over ground floor retail space.
