Big Holiday Present, Big Bucks: Noe Valley Home Sales During November

Another round of predominately luxury priced homes sold last month in Noe Valley. During the month of November 15 homes traded hands and two-thirds of them sold above $1.5 million. Furthermore, 5 of the 15 homes sold in excess of $2 million.

With low mortgage interest rates, more buyers than sellers in the market, and a limited number of homes offered for sale – the pace of transactions was quick. The homes that sold during November were on the market for an average of 35 days before going under contract.

None of the home that sold last month were true fixer uppers, although a few could benefit from modest upgrades in the kitchen (1382 Dolores St, 4538 25th St, and 1032 Castro St).
