The Tech Impact: Loft Sales in the Mission District

Another round of predominately loft-style condominiums sold in the Mission District last month. During the month of October thirteen (13) condos traded hands in this neighborhood, seven (7) of which were lofts. Lately, split-level lofts have been all the rage among the tech crowd in the Mission. Check out the details here and here.

The average sale price for the October sales was $940,231. These sales included a mix of one, two, three, and four bedroom residences and were on the market for an average of 33 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.
