A relatively small number of single-family homes sold last month in Noe Valley. Only seven (7) sales were completed. Compared to the collection of luxury priced homes that sold during August – the homes that traded hands during September were more modestly priced. Only 3 of the 7 sold above $1.5 million.
The residences that sold during September were on the market for an average of 36 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.
A few notes: the homes at 4279 26th Street and 387 Fair Oaks Street needed work and were sold as fixer uppers. The home at 2318 Castro Street is a two unit property, although it has historically been used as a single-family home.
