Some of the priciest home sales of 2013 in Noe Valley happened last month. During August 13 single-family homes sold in this neighborhood. Almost all of them sold above $1.5 million. Pushing further up the pricing ladder – 2 homes sold for more than $3 million, and 1 home sold for more than $5 million. The homes that traded hands during August were on the market for an average of 31 days before going under contract.
