Buyers (quickly) snap up more condos in the Mission District

Mission District condos remained a popular choice amongst buyers during July. Last month 17 condos traded hands at an average sale price of $878,514, this compares with the average in June of $887,500. These sales included a mix of one, two, and three bedroom residences and were on the market for an average of 33 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.

10 of the 17 sales were in relatively modern buildings constructed after 2000. Two residences were sold as part of the City’s affordable housing program (380 14th St #408 and 411 Valencia St #304).
