Home prices in Noe Valley remained elevated last month with 10 properties trading hands. The average sale price during July came in at $1,834,300, up roughly $120K compared to the average in June at $1,714,047. Competition to acquire a home in this popular neighborhood remained stiff. The homes that sold during July were on the market for average of only 19 days before going under contract. Almost all sold at or above their respective list price.
Four of the ten homes sold for more than $2 million. Three properties were sold as fixer uppers (117 28th St, 3839 23rd St, and 174 27th St).
