Springtime rush of condo sales in Noe Valley

With the Springtime rush of buyers flooding the market condo sales in Noe Valley picked up during May. Last month 12 condominiums traded hands compared to 7 sales completed during April.

The average price for the May sales was just shy of $1 million and came in at $969,792. The condos that sold last month were on the market for an average of 42 days before going under contract. With more buyers than sellers in the marketplace almost all of these properties traded for more than their respective list price.
