Noe Valley homes sales during March: Fixer Upper Fest

During the month of March fifteen (15) single-family homes sold in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco.

As prices continue to escalate in this popular neighborhood more homes that need work are selling to either contractors looking for a quick flip or to families willing to take on upgrades themselves. Four of the homes that traded hands last month were sold as fixer uppers (513 30th St, 444 27th St, 3380 Cesar Chaves St, and 4019 25th St).

The average price for the March sales was $1,693,611. The homes that sold last month were on the market for an average of 50 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.
