Single-family home sales in Noe Valley ended the year on a high note. During the month of December, ten (10) homes traded hands at an average sale price of $1,623,765 – the highest average price recorded during 2012. This figure was up $116K compared to the average in November of $1,507,714.
The homes that sold during December were on the market for an average of 49 days before going under contract. These properties included a mix of two, three, and four bedroom residences. All were conventional sales, i.e. no foreclosures or short sales.
The home at 15 Fountain Street was sold as a fixer-upper with permits in place.
