Average home price in Noe Valley exceeded $1.5M in November

Fourteen (14) single-family homes sold in Noe Valley during November. With tight market conditions prevailing – prices were bid up yet again. Last month the average home price in this neighborhood came in at $1,507,714, up $119K compared to the average in October of $1,388,083. Almost all of the homes that sold during November traded at or above their respective list price. These homes were on the market for an average of 46 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract. All were conventional sales (no foreclosures or short sales).
