Noe Valley Single-Family Home Sales: October 2012

During the month of October, twelve (12) single-family homes sold in Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. Tight market conditions continued with bidding wars commonplace as buyers competed for the limited number of homes offered for sale. Almost all of the homes that sold during October traded at or above their respective list price. The average sale price was $1,388,083. These properties sold quickly spending an average of 31 days on the market. All were conventional sales (no foreclosures or short sales).
