Seven condominiums sold in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco during October. Prices moved up for the 4th consecutive month. The average sale price last month was an impressive $884,857 compared to the average in September of $795,286, the average in August of $786,615, and the average in July of $650,475.
With the limited pool of condos offered for sale, seller’s clearly had the upper hand. All of the condos that traded hands during October sold at or above their respective list price. These homes were on the market for an average of 33 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract. All were conventional sales, meaning no short sales or bank-owned foreclosures.
