Bidding wars push average Noe Valley condo price up over $1 million (again)

Ten condominiums sold in Noe Valley during August. With bidding wars and all cash buyers commonplace the average sale price easily exceeded the $1 million threshold (again) and came in at $1,060,100. This figure was up roughly $40K compared to July’s average of $1,020,833.

With buyers competing for the limited pool of condos offered for sale, the homes that traded hands last month sold quickly spending an average of 36 days on the market before going under contract.  All were conventional sales, meaning no bank-owned foreclosures or short sales.
