Condos sales in Mission District heating up

During the month of July, ten condominiums traded hands in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. Six of the ten sales were in modern buildings constructed after 2000. Four of the ten sales were loft style floor plans (1800 Bryant St #116, 88 Hoff St #208, 1350 Natoma St #3, and 320 Alabama St #15). There was also a sale in the building anchored by the legendary Mr. Pickles (3380 20th St #301).

Sellers clearly had the upper hand last month as competition heated up for the limited number of condos offered for sale. Almost all of the condos that sold during July traded at or above their respective list price. The average sale price was $650,475. These properties sold relatively quickly spending an average of 46 days on the market before going under contract. All were conventional sales (no foreclosures or short sales).
