The San Francisco Giants are on a roll and so are Noe Valley condo prices. June marked the 6th consecutive month of price increases in this neighborhood.
With significantly more buyers than sellers and all-time low financing available, the average purchase price for a condo in Noe Valley increased to $1,128,500 – up $84K compared to May’s average of $1,043,850. Eight condominiums traded hands last month and included a mix of one, two, three, and four bedroom residences. 7 of the 8 properties sold at or above their respective list price. All were conventional sales (no bank-owned foreclosures or short sales). The condos that sold during June were on the market for an average of 37 days before going under contract.
