During May, five condominiums sold in the Eureka Valley/Dolores Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. These sales included a mix of one, two, and three bedroom residences. The average sale price was $847,500.
With significantly more buyers than sellers in the market combined with all-time low interest rates homes in this popular neighborhood are selling very quickly. The condos that sold in May were were on the market for an average of only 20 days before going under contract. With the exception of 69 Collingwood Street, all of these properties sold over their respective asking price.
