With significant buyer demand to live in this neighborhood combined with the limited inventory of homes for sale, these properties sold very quickly and were on the market for an average of only 22 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract. The average sale price for these condos was $915,000, up $47K compared to the January average of $868,000.
All of the condos that traded hands during February were conventional sales (no foreclosures or short sales).
