During the month of February six condominiums sold in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco. Four of the six sales were in modern buildings constructed after 2002. The average sale price for the February sales was $787,167. All were conventional sales, i.e. no short sales or foreclosures. With a limited inventory of condos for sale in this neighborhood, these properties sold relatively quickly spending an average of 48 days on the market before going under contract.
