Up, up and away condo prices in Eureka Valley / Dolores Heights

Significant buyer demand combined with limited inventory pushed up condo prices considerably during December in the preferred tech enclave of Eureka Valley / Dolores Heights.  A total of five condos sold at a hefty average purchase price of $1,089,400. These properties sold very quickly and were on the market for an average of only 16 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.

This contemporary condo was on the market for 15 days before going under contract. The sale was finalized 43 days later and sold for $16,000 over its list price of $929,000.
