Noe Valley condominium sales for November

The number of condo sales in Noe Valley that closed during November doubled over the prior month. Ten (10) sales were completed with an average price of $927,750, compared to five (5) sales in October at $822,422.

All of the November condo transactions were straight sales, i.e. no foreclosures or short sales. These properties were on the market for an average of 68 days.
