Inner Mission condominium sales: October 2011

During the month of October, two condominiums sold in the Inner Mission neighborhood of San Francisco.  Both of these properties were three bedroom residences with garage parking.

Located on Natoma at 15th Street, this 3BR/1.5BA condominium sold on October 5, 2011 for $715,000, representing $548 per square foot.  This flat was on the market for 33 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.  The sale was finalized 27 days later and sold for $10,000 under its list price of $725,000.  This renovated condo is located on the top floor in a two-unit Edwardian building.  Features include an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, hardwood floors, skylights, a decorative fireplace, an in-unit washer & dryer and two garage parking spaces. Homeowner’s association dues at the property are $350 per month.


3354 20th Street #202

Built in 2007, this 3BR/2BA condominium sold on October 24, 2011 for $1,020,000 representing $658 per square foot.  This property is located on 20th at Shotwell Street.  It was on the market for only 3 days before going under contract.  The sale was finalized 30 days later and sold for $30,000 under its list price of $1,050,000. This contemporary condo is located on the 2nd floor in a seven-unit building.  Property features include a serving island in the kitchen, high-end stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, double sinks in the master bathroom, in-unit washer & dryer, a fireplace, and a garage parking space.  H.O.A. dues at the property are $500 per month.
