Located on 15th at Sharon Street, this 3BR/2BA tenancy in common sold on August 26, 2011 for $600,000, representing $457 per square foot.  It was on the market for 25 days before attracting a buyer and going under contract.  The sale was finalized 44 days later and sold for $49,000 under its list price of $649,000.  This flat is located in a 12-unit Edwardian building.  Property features include a renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, bay windows, and washer & dryer hookups.  Leased garage parking in the building was also available for $300 per month.  Homeowner’s association dues at the property are $429 per month.
