The adjacent unit, 221 San Carlos Street, with identical features also sold in June for $886,000.

Located on 19th at Lexington, this 2BR/1BA condominium sold on June 9, 2011 for $749,000 representing $567 per square foot.  This property was on the market for 19 days before going under contract.  The sale was completed 23 days later and sold exactly at its list price.  This condo is located on the top floor in a two-unit building featuring Arts & Crafts style architecture.  This renovated flat included a garage parking space, a washer & dryer, a fireplace, new stainless steel appliances and cabinets in the kitchen, and access to a shared backyard.  Homeowners association dues at at the property are $275 per month.
