This condominium is located in a two-unit Edwardian building.  This flat included a garage parking space, an in-unit washer & dryer, two fireplaces, and access to a shared backyard garden.  HOA dues at the property are relatively low at $150 per month.

1352-sanchez-streetSold on May 20, 2011 for $769,000, this 2BR/1BA condominium is located on Sanchez Street at Cesar Chavez.  This flat was on the market for only 7 days before going under contract.  The sale was completed 28 days later and sold for $70,000 over its list price of $699,000. This condo is located in a two-unit building.  It was recently renovated and features an updated kitchen, an in-unit washer & dryer, new dual pane windows, skylights, and a tankless on demand hot water heater.  This property also included a garage parking space and exclusive use of the rooftop with the potential to add a deck. HOA fees at the property are $304 per month.
